Your practice, in words

This 2-minute movement session uses the following original prompts, spaced through the timer. Allow quiet time between them. You can read the whole practice first, follow the on-screen cues, or turn on browser narration.

  1. Sit or stand comfortably. Let your arms rest.
  2. Lift your shoulders gently, then let them lower without force.
  3. Try a few small backward circles, only within a comfortable range.
  4. Pause and notice how your shoulders feel.

Make it comfortable

Choose a safe place where you can pause. Keep your eyes open if preferred. Nothing needs to be forced: change position, skip an instruction or end early. If focusing inward feels unhelpful, orient to the room and ordinary sounds instead.

What to expect

Explore a small, easy range of shoulder movement. There is no required feeling at the end. Attention can wander, and a session can still be worthwhile. This practice is not a treatment or an assessment.

Is this a recorded exercise class?

No. It is an original written session with timed cues and optional browser-generated speech. It is not a recording of a teacher or instructor. You can practice silently or use the original synthesized soundscape.

Can I change the duration?

Yes. Before starting, choose a different duration. Prompts are spaced across your chosen time. Pause and reset controls are always available.
