Last updated: 23 October 2026. This notice describes this version of Zehano.
Wellbeing workspaces
The tools under /wellbeing/tools/ keep drafts in the current tab without automatic browser storage. Downloads and pasted JSON imports are processed locally. Personal notes are not sent as analytics events or to an AI service. Reloading or leaving may lose a draft; your browser may sometimes restore form state. Downloaded files remain wherever you save them. Clear draft does not erase downloaded copies.
Browser storage
Best scores, recent activity, favorites, interface preferences, saved sound mixes and optional journal entries are saved in local storage on your device. These records are not sent to a Zehano application server by the tools. Anyone using the same browser profile may be able to see them. Private browsing, browser cleanup or changing devices can remove or separate this data.
You can export or erase Zehano’s saved browser data from Your space. An exported file contains your own entries; keep it private.
Hosting and support
A website host processes normal connection information such as IP address and requested URL to deliver pages and protect its service. Zehano is hosted on Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare processes connection and security data to deliver and protect the website. See the Cloudflare privacy policy for its data practices. Emailing support shares the information you choose to include with the mailbox provider and recipient.
Local voice rehearsal
The Teach-back Recorder requests microphone access only when you choose Start recording. Clips stay in memory in this tab and are not uploaded or transcribed. Recording stops after ten minutes or when you stop it or leave the page. Download a clip before leaving if you want to keep it. Deleting a clip from the tab does not remove downloaded copies.
Audio and browser voices
Soundscape textures and tones are generated in your browser. They do not download third-party recordings. Optional spoken meditation prompts use your browser’s speech service; voice availability and any network processing depend on your browser and operating-system provider. Leave voice prompts off to use written cues only.
Advertising and analytics
Updated 23 October 2026. This build has no AdSense advertising tags. Google Analytics 4 (G-DQR85E1WS9) runs automatically across the production website without an Accept/Reject banner. Analytics cookies are enabled by the site configuration; this is not a record of individual visitor consent. Google Analytics uses these cookies to measure visits, pageviews, sessions and returning browsers. Cookie duration is configured to a maximum of 180 days without renewal on every visit. Advertising storage, ad user data, ad personalization and Google signals remain disabled.
Google receives the public page address and title, referring website origin, and normal browser/device connection information. Query strings and URL fragments are removed from page addresses, and referrers are limited to their origin without paths or search terms. We do not send your notes, answers, journal entries, recordings or tool inputs as analytics events. Automatic form, search, scroll, download, outbound-link and video measurement is not enabled. Page navigation and engagement may be measured. Analytics collects usage information; it is not zero data collection.
Google processes analytics data under its own privacy practices, which may involve international processing. Browser privacy controls or a content blocker can block the Google tag; clearing cookies removes identifiers stored in that browser. You can also use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. A site configuration does not replace any visitor consent required under applicable rules. Google privacy policy · How Google uses information from sites.
