Using Interval Timer
- Set Activity minutes and Recovery minutes while the timer is paused.
- Start to alternate the two phases. Enable the optional transition bell if helpful.
- Use Next phase to skip ahead or Reset to clear the cycle count and return to Activity.
A practical example
Ten activity minutes followed by two recovery minutes form a twelve-minute cycle. Two completed cycles take twenty-four minutes if neither phase is paused or skipped.
