Using Binaural Tone Generator
- Set a base frequency and the difference between the left and right tones.
- Press Play tones and keep the volume comfortable. Headphones separate the channels.
- Adjust the two frequency controls while playing, or stop immediately with Stop tones.
A practical example
A base frequency of 180 Hz and a difference of 6 Hz produce 180 Hz in one channel and 186 Hz in the other. This describes the signal only; it does not establish a mental state or health effect.
