Personal Reminder Card
Make a compact card with your own reminders, ordinary options and a contact you choose.
Educational self-help, not diagnosis or treatment. If difficulties persist, worsen or affect daily life, seek qualified support. If there is immediate danger, use local emergency or urgent care services; this website is not monitored for emergencies.
Private draft · no automatic save · no account
Notes stay in this tab. Download a copy before leaving if you want to keep them. Anyone with access to your device or files may be able to read them.
Restore a draft from an exported JSON file
Open your file locally and paste its JSON below. Only files from this same tool and version are accepted. Import never sends it to a server. Start with an empty draft to avoid replacing your work.
How this workspace works
Keep the finished card short enough to read at a glance. Preview it, print it or download a text copy. Check any contact details yourself and store copies somewhere appropriate.
An original worked example
- Card heading
- When the day feels crowded
- A reminder in my own words
- I can choose one next step.
- An ordinary option
- Move to a quieter space if available.
- Someone or a service I can contact
- My tutor, through the student portal.
- What I might ask for
- Could we discuss the workload this week?
Keep control of the draft
All fields are optional. Preview your own words, then prepare a readable text download or editable JSON. Restore an exported file only into this same tool. Editing invalidates earlier download links so you can prepare a fresh copy. Clear draft removes the current text; Undo clear can restore it while the tab stays open.
There is no automatic save or cloud account. Reloading or leaving can lose the draft. Downloaded files remain on your device until you manage them separately. The page does not send your notes to an AI service, analytics event or search engine.
Limits
This is not a clinical safety plan, monitored service or emergency response tool. If there is immediate danger, contact your local emergency service or urgent care directly.

Sources provide background information; they do not endorse or evaluate this Zehano page. Service details in US or UK sources may not apply in your country. The examples, prompts and software are original, created with AI assistance. No clinical or independent human review is claimed. Editorial approach.
