Your practice, in words

This 3-minute reflection session uses the following original prompts, spaced through the timer. Allow quiet time between them. You can read the whole practice first, follow the on-screen cues, or turn on browser narration.

  1. Recall one small thing that made today easier.
  2. Notice one person, place or object you appreciate.
  3. Think of one moment you would like to remember.
  4. You can write these down in the gratitude journal, or simply let them be.

Make it comfortable

Choose a safe place where you can pause. Keep your eyes open if preferred. Nothing needs to be forced: change position, skip an instruction or end early. If focusing inward feels unhelpful, orient to the room and ordinary sounds instead.

What to expect

Recall ordinary moments rather than searching for a perfect day. There is no required feeling at the end. Attention can wander, and a session can still be worthwhile. This practice is not a treatment or an assessment.

Is this a recorded exercise class?

No. It is an original written session with timed cues and optional browser-generated speech. It is not a recording of a teacher or instructor. You can practice silently or use the original synthesized soundscape.

Can I change the duration?

Yes. Before starting, choose a different duration. Prompts are spaced across your chosen time. Pause and reset controls are always available.
